Our products are produced just for you and only upon purchase in print shops around America. Printing "on-demand" instead of in bulk, reduces overproduction in retail manufacturing. So thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
We offer Free replacements or a Refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery for the following order-related reasons: Arrived damaged, Didn't match description, Quality wasn't as expected, Received the wrong item. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Because we are producing print-on-demand, only upon order, cancellations or refunds are unfortunately not accepted for buyer’s remorse. This means that our printers usually do not accept returns and exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or changed your mind.
Review your receipt for printer information or email us, if you have any problems with your order. Be aware that our printer will likely need a photo with your report to begin a reshipment and avoid delays.
The return address is set by default to the Printers facility. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
